Each click of Update will increase your earn (amount you receive per click of "Click Me") by 1% and the cost of each upgrade by a random amount between 1% and 3%. And yes, this game is meant to be very tedious at first but it will get easier, and no, there isnt a manager that will click for you.

I suggest using an auto clicker if you want to get far into the game really quickly.
